The book was divided into three chapters, the first in the statement of the legal organization of organ transplants and human tissue, while the second chapter has devoted it to the images of legal behavior in human organs, and the third chapter will be to explain the provisions of the transfer or transplantation of organs and human tissues.
The book aims to explain they are the latest issues related to trafficking or disposal of human organs, which followed the comparative and analytical research methodology between Iraqi law for human organ transplants and preventing trafficking in number 11 of 2016, and Law No. 5 of 2010 dated 6/3/2010 Egyptian regarding the organization of organ transplantation Humanity, Law No. 15 of 2015 regarding the regulation of the transfer and cultivation of Qatari human organs, in addition to a reference to the two laws canceled in Iraq Humanity. The book is an explanation of the law of human organ transplants and the prevention of trafficking in the Iraqi influential number 11 of 2016.
It is worth noting that the issue of transferring and cultivating organs and human tissues is one of the most important topics of the times, and it has taken a major area of contemporary jurisprudence and the thinking of the staff of statutory law; Because it is a sensitive topic related to the living and the dead, so through this research we will try to identify the concept of the transmission and transplantation of organs and human tissues from a legal and medical point of view compared to Islamic jurisprudence.
